My regular readers will know me for my adult content: However I am also a big fan of comics that are… well… cartoony!
What is and isn’t kid friendly is so vastly varied across the globe that I am never going to say anything I write is “suitable for children” but the Comic series will not be all comprised of DEFINATELY adult material.
Thus I shall implement the following system.
Kittiwake Comics shall come in two distinct groups determined by the colour of the back cover and the border of the front (KG #1 shall get this border in due course.)
Thus the two “bands” are as follows…
Purple Band: Purple Band comics are those which contain no material considered adult by the standards of a typical Brit (I.E: Me.) Those with young children or strict standards may wish to read the comic first but they are generally suitable for all.
Black Band: Black Band Comics are firmly for an adult audience. You have been warned.

[Comics] Want to Create your Own Superheroine?
Ever wanted to create your own Superheroine or Supervillainess?
Comics involve quite a bit of investment but the pay off is potentially very lucrative. As such I am just as willing to accept concepts and submissions as I am with fiction.
If you have an idea for a hero or villain do let me know and I shall get back to you with my thoughts.
As always, you never know, you may have a deal.
Also artists are more than welcome to offer their services, though bear in mind this is pretty small scale at the moment and pay won’t be great.

[WBH/Comics] Kittiwake Girl Concept
As “research” into Kittiwake’s line of Comic Books and Whore’s Blade Heroics I have been playing a lot of DC Universe Online.
Within the limitations of the character creator I have done a rough mock up of the leader of the Society for the Preservation of Order and the first Superheroine of the Kittiwake Heroic Universe, the unimaginatively named Kittiwake Girl.
I think I may change the gloves to black and swop the belt outline and buckle colours but other than that that’s pretty close to what I imagined.
[Fiction] Announcement
Scandal Sheets Volume 1 continues to progress slowly and Dale is putting me to shame with the speed with which the cover art is coming.
As difficult as I am finding fiction I have a feeling it is probably a more lucrative market and one that is more likely to give me and by extension the roleplaying hobby greater recognition.
As such I would like announce the following projects.
This is well in advance of any actual work being done on them but its worth knowing they are on the drawing board.
Confessions of a Wicked Little Thief: A novelisation of the Transported metaplot Bet Marleys story will be a writing project I thought Id never take on. A book that can be read by children, albeit probably older ones as I will not shy too much away from the horrors of Transportation. Just enough that the book is no longer considered adult.
Kittiwake Comics: Having just begun writing Whores Blade Heroics I realise there is potential for a full comic book series with all the insanity that implies . So long as I can afford it.
What do you guys think of these ideas? Worth persuing? Feedback is always welcome!
